Burundi Gihere (natural)
Summary
The Burundi Gihere is a single-origin microlot coffee from the Ngozi region of northern Burundi, produced by over 1,600 local smallholder farmers. Processed using the natural (dry) method, this Bourbon variety coffee is grown at 1650-1950 meters above sea level. It offers a balanced, silky profile with flavor notes of blueberry jam, vanilla, caramelized pear, and caramel, with a soft sweetness and well-balanced acidity. The coffee is light roasted and intended for espresso brewing.
