Kenya Gachatha is a single origin coffee from the Nyeri region of Kenya, produced by the Gachatha Farmers Cooperative Society. The coffee is grown at 1800m altitude by small-scale farmers cultivating approximately 300 coffee trees each on less than one hectare. The processing method is washed. Varieties include Batian, SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11. The flavour profile features notes of blackcurrant, plum, and maple syrup. This is a light roast with an espresso roast profile.
