Summary
Bombe is an exceptional Ethiopian coffee from the Daye Bensa Coffee farm in the Sidama region, produced by Assefa and Mulugeta Dukamo. Grown at 1920-2020 masl in the Bombe Mountains, this coffee comes from the Abore Station which receives cherries from over 1,000 smallholder farmers cultivating local varieties 74110 and 74112. The coffee is naturally processed, carefully dried on raised beds for up to 25 days. In the cup, it offers notes of yellow raspberry, rose, and bergamot, combining juicy sweetness with delicate florals and a refined citrus lift. Daye Bensa has earned repeated recognition at the Cup of Excellence, including 2nd place in 2022.
