CONDOR PROJECT is a single origin washed coffee from Colombia, Tolima region. Produced by Condor Project, an initiative involving 96 independent women farmers from the Forest Academy in Pitalito, Bruselas, and Timana, Huila. The coffee undergoes traditional washed processing with 24-36 hour fermentation and 15-20 days of sun drying. Varieties: Colombia, Caturra, Castillo. Grown at 1650-1900m altitude. Flavour profile includes vanilla, caramel, orange, mandarin, and fruity notes with high body, low-medium acidity, and medium sweetness. Roasted by Bogdan Georgescu, World Vice Champion roaster.
