The coffee undergoes traditional washed processing with 24-36 hour fermentation and 15-20 days of sun drying. Varieties: Colombia, Caturra, Castillo. Grown at 1650-1900m altitude. Flavour profile includes vanilla, caramel, orange, mandarin, and fruity notes with high body, low-medium acidity, and medium sweetness. Roasted by Bogdan Georgescu, World Vice Champion roaster.
