It is made from Kurume and Wolisho varieties. The coffee was depulped and dry fermented in tanks for 2-3 days before being washed and dried on raised beds, a process unusual for Ethiopia. It offers grape and apricot fruitiness, mineral complexity, and a sencha tea finish.
