A Panama Gesha from Richard Arauz's family farm in Boquete, who took over the farm in 2020 and began planting high-quality varietals. This natural process lot saw cherries hand-selected at full ripeness, sun pre-dried for several days to develop fermentation, then finished slowly in a dark drying room with dehumidifiers for even moisture reduction and a clean, expressive cup. Expect expressive floral and fruity notes of elderflower liqueur, tropical pomegranate, passionfruit and juicy mango, turning citric as it cools into raspberry limeade with orange blossom and a grapefruit finish.
