Summary

A light roast specialty coffee from Colombia's Quindío region, produced at Campo Hermoso farm by Camilo Merizalde as part of the Santuario Project. Made from the Caturra variety and processed with a raspberry mossto co-fermentation: after harvest, 25% of the mucilage is removed, followed by a 22-hour anaerobic fermentation with raspberries, then sprayed with mossto and sun-dried. The cup offers bursting raspberry and passion fruit flavors, sweet and tart pink grapefruit and cherry, and a crisp, rosé-like finish.
