Summary

Single-origin washed coffee from Weninggalih Estate, one of Frinsa Estate's own farms on Mount Tjupu in the Cikole area of Pangalengan, West Java, Indonesia, grown at 1,300-1,500 m and owned by Fikri Raihan Hakim. The lot is composed mainly of the hybrid variety Sigarar Utang. Cherries are washed, sorted to remove floaters, pulped, then fermented overnight in plastic tanks with water and Lactobacillus before being washed and dried on patios for 5-7 days to 10-11% moisture. Flavour notes of plum, dried mango, citrus, Chinese tea and cashew nuts, with sweetness, depth and a lingering savoury finish.
