A washed specialty coffee from Ethiopia's Jimma region, grown by Mustefa Abakeno at 1900-2100 meters above sea level. The lot features citrus, dark chocolate, and kiwi notes, with a complex, fruity character best enjoyed as filter coffee. Mustefa's farm uses both washed and natural processing, with controlled fermentation and slow drying for washed lots. Since 2018, he has worked as a direct exporter, processing his own and neighboring farmers' coffee at his Beshasha station.
