Summary
A single-origin decaffeinated coffee from the Cauca region of Colombia, produced by 65 farmers at an altitude of 1,700 meters. The beans (Castillo and Caturra varieties) are decaffeinated using an ethyl acetate process derived from sugarcane, which preserves natural sweetness. Flavour profile includes sugarcane sweetness, grapefruit acidity, and milk chocolate notes. Light roast, suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
