It is a washed Gesha variety grown at 2000 m.a.s.l., processed with extended fermentation (24-48 hour whole-cherry fermentation, depulping, 3-day covered tank fermentation). The flavour profile features black tea, wild peach, and chamomile, offering a balanced, clean, and complex cup with elegant floral sweetness.
