A single origin coffee from Fazenda Jaguara in the Campo das Vertentes region of Brazil, produced by the Garcia family. This Yellow Catuai variety is processed using the natural method and grown at 1,000 meters altitude. It offers notes of macadamia, praline, orange, caramel, milk chocolate, red apple, and butterscotch. Light roasted and suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. This is Keen Coffee's longest-running direct trade partnership.
