Summary

Indonesia Tuang is a specialty Arabica coffee from the Manggarai region of Flores, Indonesia, produced by local small farmers in collaboration with Tuang Coffee. The variety is Kartika, grown at 1400-1700 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes anaerobic dry processing: cherries are checked upon arrival, fermented in plastic bags in a dark room, then dried on raised beds with regular turning for 6-8 weeks. Flavour notes include plum jam, dark chocolate and candy.
