The Daily is a medium roast blend of seasonally fresh coffees from Mexico and Colombia. It combines beans from the Muguira family's Laguna del Carmen farm in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico (Sarchimor, Marsellesa, H16 varieties, washed, grown at 2350 MASL) and from the El Paraíso Growers' Association in Huila, Colombia (Caturra, Colombia, Catuai varieties, washed, grown at 1300-1800 MASL). The cup offers notes of chocolate, caramel, and molasses, with a satisfying balance of brightness, body, and sweetness.
