Costa Rica Don Claudio
Summary
Costa Rica Don Claudio is a specialty coffee from the Pérez Zeledón region of San José, Costa Rica, produced by the CoopeAgri cooperative, with selected members participating in the Don Claudio quality program. The coffee is made from Caturra and Catuai varieties grown at 800–1200 meters above sea level and processed using the honey method, which gives it natural sweetness and a creamy body. The flavour profile features cashew nuts, blood orange, and chocolate. It is light roasted and recommended for filter brewing methods such as drip, Aeropress, and French press.
