Guatemala Quetzalito Økologisk
Summary
Guatemala Quetzalito økologisk is an organic coffee from the Huehuetenango region, specifically San Pedro Necta, produced by an association of local farmers. The coffee is grown from Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, and Catuai varieties at approximately 1,800 meters above sea level. The beans are hand-picked, fermented for 12 hours, and dried on patios for 8 to 10 days before being washed. The coffee was transported by sailboat across the Atlantic to reduce environmental impact. Flavor notes include pear, milk chocolate, and macadamia nut.
