The flavor profile includes raisin, dates, and nougat, described as sweet dried fruits with a lingering nougat aftertaste. The coffee is 100% arabica specialty coffee beans, grown in agroforestry systems by small-scale producers practicing minimal intervention. It is recommended as a filter coffee using a V60 with 15g coffee to 250g water at 95°C.
