Itadaki Garden Gesha
Summary
This coffee comes from the Hacienda Copey Los Grandes farm in the Tarrazú highlands of Costa Rica, at an altitude of 2150 meters. The farm is known for its Gesha variety, having won the Cup of Excellence twice. The coffee is processed using the honey method. It has a fruity character with notes of mandarin, nectarine, red apple, and a long-lasting white grape sweetness. The cup is clean, clear, and classic, with a delicate, smooth mouthfeel reminiscent of sake and rice pudding. Sweetness, acidity, and body are well balanced.
