Shoondhisa - Ethiopia
Summary
A vibrant natural Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region, sourced via the Dambi Uddo drying station in Shakiso, where around 100 smallholder farmers deliver their cherries. Grown in garden and forest systems at 2000-2150 masl, this lot comes from the Shoondhisa sub-kebele within Suke Quto and is fully organic. Varieties Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112. Expect a deeply jammy cup with rich raspberry and a zesty citrus finish — sweet, complex and fruit-forward, shining brightest brewed slowly through a V60.
