Summary
A single-origin coffee from Colombia, produced by a collective of 5 small-hold farmers from the Palestina municipality in Huila. The coffee is from the Pink Bourbon variety, processed using a two-stage extended ferment washed method: dry fermented for 12 hours, pulped, fermented in water for 24 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds. Grown at 1700-2200 masl. Flavour profile includes cranberry, watermelon, red apple and brown sugar sweetness. Cup score of 87+. Works well for all brew methods.
