This washed coffee comes from the Asman Gayo Mill in the Pegasing district of Takengon, Aceh, Sumatra, run by Cup of Excellence winner Asman Arianto. The mill serves small producers in the Pantan Musara villages. Varieties include Ateng, Bor Bor, and Catimor, grown at 1300-1650 masl. Tasting notes: after eight, alkekengi, and brazilian nuts. Suggested for espresso.
