Summary
HALO BARITI is a single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Halo Bariti Cooperative in the Yirgacheffe region. The coffee is naturally processed (sun-dried on raised tables for 10-15 days) and USDA Organic certified. Roasted to a light-medium level, it features tasting notes of bright red berries, floral aromatics, and hints of stone fruit, with a silky and vibrant mouthfeel and bright acidity. Best brewed as a pour over, drip, AeroPress, or cold brew. Available as whole bean in a 12 oz bag.
