Taylor Lane has been roasting organic coffee in Sonoma County since 1993, small-batch and by hand. They work with Fair Trade Certified beans, using a locally made Loring Smart Roast to keep things energy-efficient without cutting corners on quality. Their range runs from light and fruity to dark and bold—the Organic Goat Rock Roast is their most popular for a reason. They've got a coffee bar at The Barlow in Sebastopol where you can grab a pour-over or handcrafted espresso drink, plus a rotating selection of single origins and blends to take home.
