Summary
Organic coffee from Colombia's Tolima region, produced by the Asoprocafees cooperative of over 55 smallholder farmers. Grown at 1400-2000 m above sea level. Varieties: Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica. Hand-picked and processed using the traditional washed method: fermented, washed with clean water, and sun-dried. Flavor profile offers bright citrus acidity, caramel sweetness, and subtle black tea and floral nuances. Medium roast developed for espresso, also suitable for moka pot and coffee pot.
