Harvest Moon
Summary
Harvest Moon is a seasonal blend from Goshen Coffee combining coffees from three origins: the Gasca brothers in Brusales, Colombia, Katia Duke in San Isidro, Honduras, and smallholder farmers of the XkaXkon Cultivate Trade project in Oaxaca, Mexico. Grown at 1,300-1,800 MASL, it brings together classic and experimental varieties — Bourbon, Bourbon Ají, Catuaí, Caturra, Obatá and Typica — with washed, natural and coffee culture inoculated processing. The cup layers sweet baked apple with cinnamon-honey persimmon and a lingering black cherry fruity acidity.
