A naturally decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Colombia, produced by Jhoan Vergara at Finca Las Flores in Acevedo, Huila. Grown at 1,750 MASL, this Pink Bourbon variety undergoes a complex process including a 60-hour anaerobic fermentation with cultured mosto, thermal shock, and sugarcane EA decaffeination that removes 99.9% of caffeine. The cup is bursting with juicy fruit taffy candy sweetness, fragrant tea rose florals, and a zesty lemongrass finish. Dried on raised beds with mechanical drying.
