The coffee brings together beans from producer Diego Vergara of Finca Las Flores and brothers Jhonatan & Johan Gasca of Zarza Coffee, grown in Acevedo & Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila, Colombia at 1,500-1,800 MASL. It features Bourbon Ají and Java varieties. The processing involves Mosto Inoculated Anaerobic Fermentation followed by Thermal Shock Washed method, with drying on raised beds. The cup profile offers bright, fruit-forward notes of watermelon, limeade, and fruit ice pop.
