The farm dedicates 8 hectares to coffee (growing Castillo, Caturra, and Gesha) with 10 hectares set aside for preservation. This coffee offers flavour notes of orange blossom, fig, and jasmine, with a fruit-forward and punchy profile. Aristobulo is a member of the Cafe Agrario producer association, supported by export company Siruma through workshops on processing and agronomy.
