Summary

Single-origin Guatemalan espresso from the Buena Vista farm in the Fraijanes region, near Santa Rosa, owned by Fredy Orantes. Grown at 1,870 masl from Catuaí trees and fully sun-dried as a Natural process. The humid Fraijanes plateau with sunny afternoons supports healthy coffee plants, and the farm is managed with attention to sustainability, including shade trees such as Grevillea and Cuje, fruit trees, and compost from fallen leaves and coffee pulp. Espresso roast with notes of cola, rum raisin and spruce.
