Etiopia - Edn Pineapple

Summary

This coffee comes from the village of Banko Chelchele in the Gedeb area of Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region. Grown by local smallholders under EDN Ethiopian Coffee Export PLC, the coffee is processed using a special anaerobic fermentation where specific plants or fruit are added to sealed tanks for 5-10 days, followed by drying on raised beds. The coffee features Ethiopian selections 74112 and 74110 varieties. Flavour notes include roasted pineapple and blueberry cheesecake. Suitable for all filter brewing methods.
