The farm is owned by Jaceline Silva Campo (Jaja), sister of singer Milton Nascimento, and covers 45 hectares with a focus on quality improvement, sustainability, and EUDR compliance. A blend of Acaua, Mundo Novo, Paraiso, Yellow Catuai and Icatu varieties, processed using the natural method. Flavour notes of Baileys, lemon grass and dates. Suitable for all filter brewing methods (V60, Aeropress, Chemex, French press, Clever Dripper).
