Ethiopia - Edn Pineapple

Summary

Single-origin specialty whole-bean coffee from Ethiopia's renowned Yirgacheffe region, grown in the village of Banko Chelchele in the Gedeb area. Local smallholders work under EDN Ethiopian Coffee Export PLC, which supports direct trade and strict quality control. The lot contains Ethiopian varieties 74112 and 74110. Processed using a special anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks with added fruit (pineapple), then sun-dried on raised beds. Suitable for all filter brewing methods. In the cup it shows a delicate yet structured body with notes of roasted pineapple and blueberry cheesecake.
