Ethiopia - Chelbesa
Summary
Single-origin coffee from the Chelbesa station in Ethiopia, produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee. The station sits at 2150–2200 m a.s.l. and uses traditional Ethiopian Heirloom varieties. The coffee is washed-processed: cherries are sorted and flotation-cleaned, depulped, fermented in tanks without water, and dried on raised African beds for 10–15 days. It is roasted for both espresso and filter brewing, offering a delicate structure, floral aromatics and remarkable clarity with notes of jasmine, bergamot, peach tea and honey.
