Jairo Arcila Peach
Summary
Colombian coffee from Quindio, produced by Jairo Arcila at Santa Mónica farm, grown at 1450-1500 masl from the Castillo variety. The lot undergoes a dry anaerobic fermentation with real peaches added, followed by washing and sun-drying, giving a naturally sweet, vibrant cup with prominent ripe peach and nectarine notes, anchored by cacao nibs and a zesty hint of lime, with a smooth body, bright acidity and subtle citrus, red fruit and caramel notes.
