Ato Tona is a washed Ethiopian coffee from smallholder farms in Sidamo, the birthplace of Arabica, grown at 1,800–2,000 m. Heirloom varieties are delivered to a central washing station, sorted for fully ripe red cherries, fermented 24–36 hours, washed and graded in channels, then sun-dried on African raised beds for 10–15 days. The cup shows full body and a long, sweet finish. Roasted for espresso.
