Strangelove is a bespoke espresso blend from Extract Coffee Roasters, sourced from the Sol y Café organic cooperative in Jaén, northern Peru. The coffee is washed and offers flavour notes of chocolate fudge, nougat and Bakewell tart, with vibrancy, lots of sweetness and a clean, balanced finish. It is designed to work as black coffee, with milk or alt milk. Recommended espresso recipe: 18g in, 45g out, with a shot time of 25-30 seconds.
