The variety is Fragancia, a recently described cultivar shown to be a hybrid of Sidra (Ethiopian landrace variety) and Catimor. This coffee offers jammy berry notes, citrus (lime), and concord grape acidity with a thick body and sweetness. It works well as both espresso and filter, particularly excelling as a filter brew.
