Summary

Colombian Black Condor is a specialty coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, produced by Nelson Martinez in collaboration with the Bayter brothers and their mother Marta. Grown at 1,700 meters elevation, this coffee is washed, fermented for 12-24 hours, and sun-dried on patios for 10-15 days. Flavor notes include kiwi, orange, honey, and roses. Light roast.
