A single-origin coffee from Bolivia's Alasitas farm, owned by the Rodriguez family, located in the Los Yungas region. The coffee is of the Geisha variety and processed using the washed method: cherries are fermented in stainless steel tanks and dried in hot air dryers originally designed for fruit. Flavour profile features jasmine aroma, juicy raspberry notes, creamy body, and sugarcane finish. Recommended for filter preparation.
