Flirt (fully Washed Method)

Summary

Flirt is a blend of Ethiopian and Costa Rican coffees. The Ethiopian component from the Sidamo region (Aleta Wondo station) uses Ethiopian Heirloom varieties and is fully washed. The Costa Rican component from the Tarrazu region (Macho family farm) uses the Catuaí variety and is honey processed. Flavour notes include honey, chocolate and dried apricots with a creamy mouthfeel and delicate acidity. Designed as an everyday filter coffee.
