Summary
Single-origin filter coffee from the Farm series. Grown at Finca Floripondio in the Samaipata region of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, owned by the Rodriguez family. Bourbon variety processed using the honey method: cherries are de-pulped, fermented in stainless steel tanks for 48 hours, and dried on African beds. Flavour profile features floral aromas, sweet notes of forest fruits, brown sugar, and caramel, with a creamy body and citrus acidity.
