Ethiopia Chelbesa is a single-origin coffee from the Gedeb district in the Gedeo zone, produced by 495 smallholder farmers who deliver cherries to the SNAP Specialty Coffee wet mill in Danche, Chelbesa Village. Grown at 1900-2200 metres above sea level, featuring Ethiopian varieties 74110 and 741112. Processed using a traditional natural method with 28-35 days of drying on raised beds. Offers flavour notes of blueberry, blood orange, yellow plum, dark chocolate, and jasmine. Light/medium roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cupping score of 86.75.
