A washed coffee from Ethiopia's Jimma region, produced by Mustefa Abakeno near Agaro. The farm sits at approximately 2,040 masl and is planted with varieties 74110 and 74112 from the Jimma research centre. The coffee is washed-processed with a short 8-hour fermentation and dried on raised beds for 13-16 days. Flavour notes include green apple, apricot, bergamot, orange, and honey. Roasted light/medium and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
