Vietnam Zanya Langbiang Natural
Summary
Specialty Arabica from the Langbiang plateau in Vietnam, grown at 1500–1650 m by smallholder farmers of the K'ho community through the Zanya Coffee project, a collaboration between Slovak entrepreneur Marián Takáč and K'ho farmer Krajăn Lim. A blend of Catimor, Bourbon and Typica varieties, naturally processed: ripe cherries are sorted and floated, then dried whole with the fruit on raised beds. In the cup it shows a full body with red wine, tropical fruit and dried fig notes, delicate tea tones and a soft chocolate finish. Roasted in Slovakia for both filter and espresso.
