Summary
Single-origin Yemeni specialty coffee from producer Fawaz Ali Wahab, grown in Wadi Masar, West Haraz at 2200m altitude. Made from Typica and Dawairy Arabica varieties, processed as a Special Natural (Funky Naturals) with ripe cherries sun-dried on raised beds with support from the Sabcomeed team. Tasting notes include ripe stone fruits, chocolate and red grape. This nano-lot won a 2 Star Great Taste Award in the espresso category in 2022. Available as a pre-order, roasted on or just after 2nd September.
