Summary
A rare anaerobic natural microlot from Yemen's Eastern Haraz region in Sana'a Governorate. Produced by smallholder farmers organized around Pearl of Tehama mill and exporter. Grown at 1800-2200 masl on terraced farms in a harsh arid climate. Varietals include Jadi, Dawaery, Tuffahi, Jufinie, and Yemeni Heirloom. Anaerobically fermented for 48-72 hours then sun-dried on raised beds for 15-20 days. Light roast with tasting notes of ginger, semi-dark chocolate, blueberry, and sherry wine.
