A single-origin coffee from the Bani Ismail district of Sana'a, Yemen, produced under the White Camel label by Ahmed Alhamdani. Grown at 2000-2500 metres above sea level. The coffee is a mix of Arabica Typica and local Yemeni varieties (Dawairi, Tufay, Oudaini, Braai). Processed using the natural method with sun-drying on earth grounds. Offers a complex cup with notes of strawberry, brown sugar, sweet wine, spices, caramel, chocolate, and dried berries, with a smooth silky body and light bright acidity.
