Summary

Y Fenai Rum Infused Coffee is a collaboration between Coffi Dre and Anglesey Rum Co., roasted fresh in North Wales. It uses a smooth, full-bodied single-origin Arabica coffee from Colombia (varieties Castillo and Caturra), washed processed, grown at 1500-2000m and roasted medium/dark. The beans are infused with warm Anglesey rum notes, giving a rich coffee and rum brew with a mellow finish. Flavour notes include molasses, dark chocolate and raisin. Available as whole beans or ground for various brew methods, in 225g and 1kg bags. Named after the Menai Strait, it is suited as an after-dinner coffee or gift.
