Burundi Nguvu (filter)
Summary
Burundi Nguvu is a single-origin filter coffee from the Muyinga region of Burundi, sourced from a small processing station run by a woman working with a group of local women farmers. The name Nguvu means 'strength' or 'power' in Kirundi. This Bourbon variety coffee is washed processed, producing a light, transparent cup with dark, ripe blackberry notes, lively high acidity, a gently fleshy structure, tea-like and delicately tannic character, and juicy apricot sweetness.
