Summary

A light roasted (City roast) filter coffee blend from Coffeein. 80% comes from the Simalem farm in Sumatra, where green coffee was placed in an airtight container with peaches for an extended time (Peach Honey processing). The remaining 20% is a double fermented Flowertron coffee from Muhlis farm in East Java's Argopuro region, adding body and character. The coffee presents a medium, tea-like body with dominant peach flavour, complemented by orange, mandarin and tropical fruit notes, with a slightly bitter green tea finish. 100% Arabica specialty grade coffee.
